I had a burger at Corleones some days ago. I would say just ok.
A very good one is the one at that grill they have in the mezzanine of the big tower at All Seasons Place; just over the Starbucks. Excellent beef, fries and many combinations can be ordered.

The Garage Burger and Grill. But I prefer the one at the entrance to NEP. Must be the atmosphere.

I just finished having a drink there with a colleague. Though I didn't order a burger, I saw a guy from another table having one. Boy, the size of that patty!! Yummy!

The burgers at Corleone's are inedible... more likely khwai than beef and dry as owl sh_t. Fries are the soft/undercooked kind, but a little easier to choke down than the burger. This place might have the WORST burger in Bangkok.
There is one redeeming feature... if you sit at the bar down near the tap, you get a clear view down the sidesoi to where the ladies are sitting outside Lolita's.
Stick with beer.

One more vote for the guy outside nana. Only problem is those burgers deff. signal the end of the night for me. Burger, then toilet, then shower, then girl- that is the perfect end to my night in thailand.

Yes, the guy outside NEP. Tried one there last night for the first time. A cheeseburger for the Wisconsin-born, my good man. Very pleasantly suprised indeed, far better than the Woodstock experience.
