I think the Spa 2 doors down from Confusion is closed already - it didnt stay open for long at all.
Today, I ate in a small Italian on Soi 31 - Bella Napoli. It was actually very good and reasonable.... had a real authentic Italian feel to it..........

That Spa will probably be open soon again. New name and new management. A few changes, better service and reasonable prices. guess you live close by or wamder by frequently. Feel free to drop in when open....

Can't wait to trst out the naughty good girls in this one 
speaking of good food and not wanting to trollup in AB's new rules thread, but we had some great food tonight. One dish was that 'roaBKill' pig, you know the flattened by a mack truck version and bbq'd. First time I have had it and was very tasty, but the surrounds would not quite qualify as cool and trendy.

Actually returned from a place like that myself. Hardly to be described as trendy but the food was good. Somewhere past Central Rama 2, a bit further a turn left and keep going for a few more K's. You will meet several seafood restaurants. Will add the name of the place I went later, was good though.

I had dinner at Cyan in Metropolitan Hotel last week. I swear no one had a clue what we were eating but it all tasted great. No such thing as fish, beef, pork, etc. Everything had 14 adjectives describing it and a different noun substituted for fish, beef, pork etc.
("Tonight we have the Madagascar Land shark snout with Tasmaniean hummingbird feathers on a bed of Afghani mule tziki seared raw with Botswana non-virgin aged drivel.")
And it ain't cheap. BT 2000 per head (3 courses) ex booze!
Trendy and tasty, just bring a freakin' encyclopedia and world map.
