The Marriott on Sundays is real good and worth every penny (or baht). I will vouch for it.
Nice live cooking stations, good steaks, the whole shabang.
I find Thai restaurants cheaper than Dubai for instance and it is worth comparing.
Chili's for exemple, same dish, same drink is twice as much in Dubai

I've gotta agree with Meaty on the Pullman. They've got different deals every night. Plus, they've got the best prices on wine in Bangkok. It's the stuff that isn't moving at BKK, I assume. If you haven't been there, you've gotta check out their Wine Bar. It's the best in town, by far IMO. wj

For yer info, the JW Marriott weekend brunch is good but it runs BT 1390 ++ per head!!! US$ 40 is way pricey.

24th floor Centara, central World. They have promo's going every day of the week, many with all you can drink.
The Sunday Brunch allows you to go in and out of 2 places. Pretty nice. Something for everyone. They have bring 4 pay for 2 promotion with AMEX AnD citibank right now that brings the normal 1090 to 550 per head.

If you're in the Ratchada area, then Daiichi inside the Emerald hotel has a great buffet for around 500 baht. It's always crowded with tourist and some thai families.

Oishi Grande at Siam Discovery (3rd floor, I believe, or 2nd floor).
Great buffet, with good diversity.

Actually the quality at Oishi Grande is better than Daichi in Emerald. Sometimes there is a half hour wait though. Around 700 baht but well worth it in my opinion.

I do like the Pullman but find it rather sterile. I usually stay there as I like to be in that area of town. The buffet is very good.
If you prefer seafood, Kwang's seafood at the end of Soi Rangnam is very good and open very late. I eat there sometimes at 3 in the morning. Not a buffet, but a great chinese style seafood place.
