The former TGI Fridays at Ploenchit Center is now called Sam Franz. (This chain is good on goofy names). Can't comment on the food....
Bourbon Street is a "no surprises" place that ranges from mediocre to decent depending on menu item and the day you dine there. I would NOT go for the ribs... they are parboiled with the sauce poured over... as opposed to roasted with the sauce on. And the sauce is very uninspired... I have had better out of a bottle. Under b200 as I recall, but not what I would call proper food.

OK... back to ribs:
Another option is Larry's Dive just off Sukhumvit on 22. The ribs have a little more life to them than Bourbon Street at about the same price. Comes with more generous side dishes: coleslaw (good), onion rings (tempura fried and quite tasty), plus fries (soggy).
Be forewarned though that the place is true to it's name (a dive). Usually full of pool players and diners smoking, and the second-hand smoke can be thick enough in the evening to overwhelm your meal.

I visited Tony Roma's Sukhumvik Rd, my very first time in June, after a suggestion from BangkokBob and absoultely loved the meal - always wondered how Homer J. got so big
Went back next night with Aussie mate & he fell in love with it too - a thumbs up cause he's a picky bastard
How come it took a Brit to tell me such a great meal is available from the former British colony - the USA
Only gripe - being on the second level we couldn't see from our window seat the freelancers plying their trade on the street below
