Yeah...I saw all the flyers for Curries and More....I assumed it was just a lunchtime thing at the Ruam Rudee branch, not a seperate restaurant.
They should keep it Thai....I don't like seeing Thai farang mix on the menu.

If I look for good (even if expensive) Italian food and nice surrounding will someone advise to eat in Italian restaurant in Sheraton Sukhumvit where I am staying? Or are there other places within walking distance?

The last time I was in that area, I saw a pile of rubble. There is a new pub in that area, called Pump Up. (Pix) I hear they have a "car wash" show. Anyone been there yet?

The Rossini's Italian restaurant of the Sheraton Suk is quite ok, chef knows what to do and hotel doesn't save on the budget when it comes to quality of the ingredients....
If you are in the mood for a little walk, the Limoncello in soi 11 (front of the President) is one of the very best in town, great pizza, excellent service.....

Pump up is nice few really nice girls there. Not a farang place at all though.

I guess you are referring to the complex on Ratchada opposite Pao Kung Pao that includes discos like Hollywood. Went there recently with a lass, she said she was going to take me to a place called 'LongBeer'. But when we got there, there was a place called Pavilion Brew in the final stages of construction. Guess it will have some sort of brewery inside and an outdoor area that combine the same concept with seafood. Good looking place and probably long overdue since the restaurant next to it (Bang Suan Seafood?) was crap.
I liked the location and the fact that you could be there in less than 10 minutes via the MRT from Asoke. Just remember to get off at the stop called Thailand Culltural Centre (locals call it Soon Wattana Thaam.)
PS. I do recall seing Pump Up, it is on the Pao Kung Pao side of the road, a bit of a distance away from the main road. I remember looking at it from afar and thinking it was a petrol station
