Do not be overly alarmed. Eating insect parts is gross but usually not harmful. In fact Iowa State University even has a nifty website with tasty insect recipes. In addition, the United States Food and Drug Administration cares about how many insect parts you eat. They have established maximum allowable standards. Foods are routinely inspected to ensure they are meeting these standards. For instance, the maximum level of insect fragments allowed in 50 grams of flour (about 1/2 cup) is 75 parts. "

Humans of any age are actually tastier than most other large primates, probably due to a better diet. Less stringy and less gamey on the whole, although zoo-raised orangutan is quite mild compared to its wild cousin.
Newborns and foetuses... Well, there's no better. The difference in taste between a child and adult human is even more pronounced than between veal and beef.
The nice thing about eating children is that it's easier to source them if you have any special dietary concerns. Most Israeli children are pareve if not kosher, and very few Arab babies are haram.
Eskimo and Alieut children are rich in healthy fish-oil derivatives, too, especailly if prepared as sashimi with the placenta included. South Asian children in general tend to be too lean for my taste, but most whites are well-marbled and perfect for the spit.
And because so many foetal deformities result in miscarriage you can get a lovely variety of shapes. In fact, it's not unheard of to get a foetus with another undeveloped twin embedded inside it. It's more common than double-yolked eggs and twice as tasty.
