This restaurant's been open for just over a month and it's already pretty busy. Owned by the same owner of Per Pub. It's located on Yothin Pattana 3 which you can get to from Yothin Pattana 7 which is the street right before CDC on the same side. http://bit.ly/Uxel6X
When you get here, you'll notice a very large outdoor dining area with water features. I'm sure someone's going to get drunk and fall in the water here if it hasn't happened already. There is also an indoor area and the back is parking. The Thai food here is good. But if your Thai is good, you will enjoy talking to the girls more. Minimal farang here, most of the girls don't speak English very well.
Decent food and lots of cute waitresses. They are not allowed to sit down but they can stand and talk. They each get paid 1500 baht per day here + drinks and tips so they do well and it attracts a lot of young student talent. Having them sing happy birthday to you here is priceless. My group of Thai friends drove a few of them home after work and I got a date with another one so a little work here can pay off.

Juniper, wow you know your places here. Judging by the pictures I found of Am In on Google maps, it looks to be in the same location. But it's a complete remodel because it looks nothing like that structure now. Would highly recommend you tell them it's someone's birthday in your group.

Used go to Am In before CDC opened. After CDC open, there are a tons new place open up nearby, like the nerd, MC, etc.... But traffic also gotten worse.
By the way, in MC, the waitress will sit down in your table. 555

Went here again last night Am In is still there. It's down the street a few hundred meters from Am In.
It actually took over the spot for Link Meeting Room restaurant.

Nice car, we park in the front and cars have to move wherever. I don't know about the back. Not a problem with parking.
