Go with the C+N hotel,free pick up from the airport,give them flight details and they are g/f ok and you are only a 5 min walk from the fun and the beach.

I was actually in a room in the C & N hotel last Saturday night with two Thai ladies and a dog (please don't ask) and the room was very nice indeed.
When I was waiting in the lobby I saw several girls being taking upstairs by farangs with no problem.
It is quite cheap too, by all accounts, and definitely close to all the action.

That dog was the best f_ck I ever had...
Nah, it was just a pup and it had so many fleas I still get itchy thinking about it. One of the ladies was my girlfriend and the other was her hi-so friend - she bought the pup on the beach the night before and she took it back to BKK with her. Err, nothing happened in the room - honestly.

I love the Tropica Bungalows, right on the Beach road, plenty of privacy with the "Jungle" grounds, and nice porch.
The drawback is the x-tra fee for guests. The entry goes right past the office and one can not get past the security, and desk lady without, (correct me if I'm wrong, a 300baht joiner fee). Have stayed twice though, and love the place, (aside from the joiner fee).
