Hi all, this is my first post ever. First trip in Thailand from 21st july untill 5 August. I'm comming with my girlfriend (so stupid, but had no choice), I'm going to the Thavorn Beach Village & spa. Can someone tell me if it is possible in those big hotels with a spa and massages, to have a "special" massage, so I could at least have "something" during this trip. Or are there other tips of what I could do that wouldn't look suspicious to my GF ? Thanks for all information you can provide. In Bangkok I will be in the Sofitel Central Plazza, if someone has information about that one too ?.

Mmmm...Sofitel Central Plaza....good thing is that is very close to the weekend market of JatuJack and the terminal station of the skytrain of Morchit...and not so far from the airport....also, it's connected to one of the most popular shopping malls, Central Ladpraow...bad news, it's quite far from the central area of Silom and Sukhumvit.....good news, it's easy to go to Ratchada area....overall, a solid 4++ (almost 5) stars hotel.
Thavorn Beach, good hotel, good location, close to Patong but still able to offer a secluded beach experience.....coming in July is not that great idea in terms of weather and sea....!
For what concerns extras and specials, difficult but not impossible at Sofitel as it's a favourite hotel for crews in need of some relax after a long flight! Better go and check at the Cantara spa.....
In Phuket, you should have no problem to find out a couple of hours to be alone and enjoy all the attractions offered by Patong Beach....

Hello, I'm back now. No special massage at the Spa at the Thavorn (was to be expected), but at the sofitel plazza in Bkk, I had a special one ! At the massage center in the hotel I took a 1 hour oil massage (not cheap !), and my GF did the same but she was in another room. The massage was very hot, has she was constantly touching my balls when massaging my legs ! after 20 minutes I had a hard on like never. She began to laugh and pinched it telling me that she could "give him a massage also !, but you don't say anything to madame". It was a rip off as she asked me 2000 baht for that, but I was excited that I said yes, and 20 seconds later...... 1 liter came out of it ! God that was sooooooooo good !
Only experience I could have during my stay as I came with my GF, but all I know is that I'll be Back (alone!)
