Can anyone help with the name of a Hotel / accomodation complex that is located between Patong and Karon Beach, on top of the hill but OVERLOOKING Karon. Its right on the road and isn't part of a major chain or anything.
Its quite a steep walk down when going to have a closer look at the rooms - so steep that I went Arse over tit when inspecting when I was last there.
Its a private sort of place, a little more "upmarket" than what I normally take but I thought I'd go back there next time. It has a resteraunt / bar and all that is almost roadside.....
Hope thats enough info for someone a little more knowledgable than I....
Makes me think about the Diamond Cliff Resort (www.diamondcliff.com)..also the Peach Hill Hotel comes in my mind (www.peach-hill.com) but ain't no upmarket...
Could well be the 'Central Karon Village Phuket'. Located on the hill and overlooking Karon. Belief they have around 65 villa's. Nice hotel and great view.
