It clearly shows that tourism has dropped several degrees here. Am just now in Patong and there are some toruists but not as much as last year in december. Better for us. But the same amount of ladies. To bad that so many of them seems to be hi on drugs. Didn't see that many last year.
But to show you an example. Went to Christine's. Last three years there has been about 15-20 girls waiting. This year? Almost 50 behind the glass. And the service is also better since they feel the decline in customers. Good Boomboom.
Tomorrow up to BKK and a happy session with Marcs ladies at Eden.. mmmm One wanna stand up and scream "It's good to be the King".

I had a talk on the phone a week ago with one of my friends who owns a beer bar in Patong and he said we are still waiting for the highseason.
Not good for the people involved in the local business, but as you say, it is better for us!

Wow, this is great news I'll be in Phuket on the 17th until the 23rd, good to here the streets, beaches and bars won't be jam packed with tourists yet packed with girls thats what we wanna hear
I hope the weather is going to be good, i saw online that there are some thunderstorms and rain????

Came here the 9th. Yesterdag we had partial cloudy weather. Today it dripped from the skies for about 10 minutes. I wouldn't call that rain. Still no Thunder or Thaistyle rain. 33 degrees celcius, warm and clammy.
Had a session with a cute girl at Christine's and she had to work even on her birthday.. (28 but nice and firm) because business is so slow. There is no problem finding a seating in either Soi Eric or Tiger. On the other hand, there seems to be as much girls as before. Haven't been here since dec 2000 and its sad that so many tourists have been scared away. Now almost every tourist is scandinavian.. have heard a few americans and some brits.. But hey comeone.. Come to LOS and get some nice poontang..
even christine holds the same price as 2000.

Being from Baltics (almost like a Scandinavia, distance 400 km to the south of Stockholm) I wonder what's the problem with "few americans and some brits" , maybe Osama has made too much advertising to keep those guys away?
We from northern Europe do not scare so much, and will spend fun time anyway!
Please keep posted about general feeling in LOS, Phuket! (landing in HKT late night 21.12)

i've always found Patong is full of Scandinavians and i befriended more then one.
also a lot of Brits,but not many Americans(only when the damn navy appears).

I agree with you...! Patong is full of people from Scandinavia, I feel lucky that I speak Swedish... It was a nice change to hit the English Bar and see some guys with real tattoos! And yes, I think every time I was in Patong I spotted the Navy, they are so cool.
