hows the situation with the gogos in Patong? I was there post-Tsunami Oct and the situation sucks. Had to have my fun at the beer bars ; which is not bad an alternative.
Planning to contribute to the economy soon so if there's any updates, its much apperciated.

last oct, only Hard Rock was running. Suzy Wong (?) was terrible as was the one or two more forgettable ones. Cant remember one called Capt Kirk. And I tot I know the sois well!

I was at Cap Kirks in the end of june and it just had old or fat or ugly girls. Some of them had combos of these traits. With that said, http://www.phuketbob.com/ shows pics of very good looking girls there. I went there based on these pics and other reports and was a bit let down. Maybe the girls are back from their vacations!

I liked the Hard Rock as well as the Tiger Go-Go.
I have been there 3x and always had a TG accompany me that I picked up from Pattaya.
I really enjoy the beaches and the daytime activities in Phuket so its nice to have someone with you that you can enjoy the island with.
If its nightlife you want then stick to Pattaya and BKK - waking up at 3-4 in the afternoon in Phuket is a wasted trip.
