Great stories Nokna and Liftoff, I get a blast reading everyones BKK adventures.
My 1st trip to LOS was Nov last year. ÝI taught a two week training course on a techie device my company makes. ÝMy students were all young Thai Engineers, all male. ÝThey were sharp good looking guys Ýwho did nothing but study computers. ÝThey knew absolutely nothing about nightlife in BKK.
When Friday night rolled around we all met at a local Thai Restauraunt. ÝEveryone brought their single available cousin, sister, aunt, etc for me to meet. ÝThis turned into a huge mixer with these guys showing off the single farang instructor to their best looking female family member. Ý My first big Friday night in BKK ended up with the 12 of us in a small flat hacking a satellite receiver and debugging a Fortran program. ÝSomethings never change no matter where you travel to.
Saturday while getting a haircut I strike up a conversation with the girl in the Hair Salon and we made a dinner date. ÝWell my hotel and company site are by the airport, it seems like we sat riding in that cab for over an hour on Sat evening going to what I would soon find out to be Bamboo Bar. ÝI told her I wanted to experience some nightlife in BKK. ÝThis girl, Apple knew everything about BKK nightlife. Ý The concerning part was that allot of the girls who appeared to be working the street knew her to.
We had a great time the rest of the week along with some great sex. ÝShe never asked me for any money but I always slipped something into her purse. ÝI joked once about me being a "Walking ATM" and she got very offended by that. ÝShe knew the term very well and it hurt her feelings. ÝWe did Pattaya the following weekend and had allot of fun. ÝIt was an excellent experience and got me hooked on LOS.
We emailed and I called her several times after I got back. Ý She's 30 something with a couple of kids so I knew it would not work in the long run. ÝWe both had fun and I felt like a real shit when I went back in Feb and did not call her.
The guys I taught in the training course gave the local office such great feedback that I landed a sweet job in the company that will allow allot more trips to SEA. ÝWhat a great trip that was!!!!

THe thought of spending Friday night in an appartment debugging Fortran with the locals is funny , though.

Your first post in this thread seemed to say ìf_ck BKs rules on privacy, Iíll write what I wantîÖ then your subsequent post seems to say you were protecting the BGs identity from the onset. ÝIf you were protecting the BGs identity all alongÖ then I donít understand the whole thing you were telling us for months that you couldnít use altered names for the girls as you then felt you were writing a piece of fiction.
I thought the privacy ruling was a bit far fetched initially and I made my feelings on it perfectly clear. ÝHowever I find your constant moaning about this new rule more annoying than anything else. ÝI can understand you donít like the new rule, Ö what I canít understand is if you dislike the rules so much then why do you stick around?

And to Asian Man and WhisperÖ as to ìwhat all the fuss is or was aboutî I donít think either of you were around when this subject went to the vote. ÝIíll try to recap in short what it was about.
In shortÖ a member got grief off of a very hurt BG because of something he had written in here about her that hurt her very much when it was brought to her attention. ÝBecause of him sharing his experiences with us another member suggested that we have a ruling on protecting the privacy of the bar-girls. ÝIn the true fashion of democracy those with an opinion on the subject aired their views. ÝThe majority of the members who expressed an opinion wanted the rules changed, hence BK changed the rules.

For the recordÖ I didnít agree with the new ruling on privacyÖ but I do STRONGLY agree that the new rules should be upheld as it was a majority of members who demanded them from BK.

what is to done with you?,i explained things before but if i was'nt too clear,then iapologise and will give a short recap.
i posted my stories for around 6 months and then the Privacy Rule came in and yes,i was'nt a fan.
and yes i have whined and whinged about it for months,but i was just unhappy.
i just felt i could'nt do the stories justicei could'nt write them the way i thought they neededto be written.
the self imposed 'censorship' of my stories has been in my stories from the stories of my 2nd visit and continued from there.
what was the censorship,2 things.
i will have to expose all now and tell that not all the Ladies names were real,but there was a reason.
on every trip i met many Ladies with the same name and thought it would be confusing.
i like to know the girls real names and sometimes i would pick letters from the real name and make up a nickname.
i have a very useful book full of Thai names which really helped.
so if i talked about a girl called Lek,that might not have been her real nickname,just 3 letters plucked from her real name,her real nickname might have been Mee.
but because i had started calling her Lek,i could relate to Mee.
if i had to change her name to Joy,it would'nt have worked for me.
and i would sometimes change their workplace from Cockpit Bar to Black Magic Bar.
so if i talked about a girl called Lek from Cockpit Bar,she might really have been Mee from Black Magic Bar.
i know it sounds complicated,but it worked very easily for me and i was happy with it.
on my 2nd trip i met 5 girls called Sa,but had to change the names as i thought talking of 5 girls with the same name would be highly confusing.
but some of the names are real,some are not,some of the work places are real,others not.
but why this deception?.
i'm a selfish guy and hated the thought of anyone going with any of my friends going with someone from the Forum and then the member taunting me.
the reason for this was because just before i joined this Forum,a friend of mine visited Patong and i asked him to take a few things to someone special to me.
he agreed and liked her so much he took her home and took great delight in telling about all the things they done and what a great time he had.
he did'nt do it in a bad or malicious way,but i was hurt that a 'friend' would do that,he is no longer my friend.
if people had managed to see any of my friends,fine but i don't want to know.
a friend of mine has visited Patong and he would never go with anyone of my friends and he also has his favourite girls and he knows i would never go with them.
respect for your friends.
and i'm glad i made some deceptions,i know of 2 members from this Forum who made a conscious effort to track down some of my friends,but did they find them?,no.
and i have also had people sending me PM's asking,but i do not divulge anything.
and as far as i know,no-one has hooked up with a friend of mine.
so in a nutshell,some of the details of the Ladies was 100% correct,other datails not so and no-one will know who is who.
the stories i will be re-posting are basically the same one's as before.
i might tweak them a little,add details i might have forgotten at the time,delete little things.
but basically the same as before,but nothing really drastically different from when i first posted them.
so no toning down on the sex bits and using same names.
but no-one will know if the names are real or not.
are my trip reports within the guidelines?,yes and no.
some details are 'changed',others not.
but i would like to thank BK here,he understood something i said in a previous post and acted in my favour and he goes top of my Hero list.
he understood my point of the Ladies working in a bar for a while and then moving on,wether to move to another bar or leave the scene.
and he understood the point of them being hard to find after 2-3 years.
he knows i broke the Privacy Rules',but also knows(i think)that i did'nt deliberately post about the Ladies in a detrimental way.
he knows from his experience that it is easy to meet a girl(and others have said also)that to meet a girl one day does not mean you will ever see her again.
this has been a long post and i know i have rambled and probably posted so much crap,but that's how it is.
i have tried to explain certain things and had to give away my 'lies' on the board.
but X.
something you say disturbs me.
if i don't like the rules,why do i stick around?
you and i have had a good friendship since you joined the Forum and i respect you.
but if you think i have whined for so long and you are pissed off with me,i have no problem leaving.
this is my favourite Forum,but not the only one.

i had no problems with your last post,too much history between us in the past.
but when do i break the rules?.
i have had to admit i 'slightly' changed things sometimes and when i talk about Boo,only one person knows if her details are right or wrong.
i am the only one who knows if the details are right or wrong.
i first told of last trip(27 nights) and in those stories of Taa 1 & 2,Wan 1 & 2 and Sa 1,2 & 3.
i found this confusing in words and decided after that to change some of the names in later(earlier trips) stories.
due to our friendship,you (and certaiin others) have had a more detailed insight into my stories via the photos i have shared.
you know which of my girls i have given the correct info about,i would'nt send you a picture of A when it was really someone else.
but the really important thing here is the stance of BK.
he understood what i meant about something i said and posted a reply saying it would be OK for me to carry on.
if he is 'happy' in his mind about things then i will carry on.
but i do apologise to anyonewho has read these FR's before,but this time i am starting from the beginning and i hope the newer members enjoy.
and as i said before,anyone who is offended or outraged by the FR's do not have to read them,but they will and look for an excuse to complain.
