Thanks fellas,
concerning me going to le meridien is not coz i am sort of some OIL SHIEK. but its a business trip paid by my company -;). Do you think if i am gonna pay for the room in Le meridien I will bother for some joiner fee? LOL.
So you guys think they are gonna charge me some? or they are actually not going to allow her in at any cost?
thats actully my concern.
BTW...i love this forum. We are all SINcere to each other when it comes to SIN...LOL.... cheers !!!

Babanana - Get yourself a small hotel room in Patong near Bangla Rd for around 600 baht a night for the duration of your stay (still low season prices till end of October) and use it as your play time hotel. Wait till you get to Phuket it will be no problem to find one as you walk around Patong. Will still be cheaper than paying "joiner" fees at the Meridien and stories of you bringing "prostitutes" back to your hotel will not end up circulating around your office back in farangland - golden rule bro "Don't get your sweets where you get your meat".

Don"t worry old chap. Those of us who are lucky enough to inhabit Phuket are always pleased to receive another visitor.
It is correct though that there is certainly quite a bit of useful infornmation to be had already on this forum about Phuket and its various pleasures, once you can sort out who are the more reliable posters.

just take a motorbike taxi from Bangla,no commission at all and 20 Baht for the ride.
or else walk,less than 10 minutes and by the time you get there you will all sweaty and in need of a cold drink and a nice Thai Girl to wash away all that sweat....

Just be careful of the motorbike exhaust pipe if your wearing shorts- I burned the shit out of my leg on a ride last time. Eric went and bought me some toothpaste to put on it (???) - healed semi-nicely but still have a fairly ugly burn mark - looks like a permanent bruise.
I love when the BG's wipe your sweat off with those cold wipes - feels so good...
