1. There are no escort services in Patong, but there are plenty of free lancers who will stay with you 24/7 if you want. Some will even go to the beach with you, but most will sleep the day away and don't like the sun because it's really freakin' hot here now.
2. You don't need a doctor's note to buy drugs at a pharmacy here. Give them the chemical name of the drug you are looking for, and they probably have a generic version. Or if they don't have exactly what you are looking for, tell them what you want, and they'll tell you what they have. Personally, I don't like speed and I don't think you'll be nodding out because the night life alone is usually stimulating enough. Try some Red Bull or cola drinks every now and then and that should keep you going. Works for me.
As for early action, the only real choice is Cristin's. Opens at noon. Fish bowl style. Ladies on the right are 'superstars' but ladies on the left are cheaper. Most pharmacies in Patong sell what you want... unless it is a really dangerous drug.
Provigil, and all the other names it sells under is one of the more popular drugs in the US.. since it beats caffeine and isn't banned as amphetamine/crystal meth,...
