The Nation
Jurgen Groenberg, a German tourist and longtime resident of Phuket
town, will be spending 10 days in jail and paying a hefty fine along
with his lady boy mistress for masturbating in public and ejaculating
onto passers bye from his high rise condominium balcony. Swedish
tourist Tomass Van Russin had filed a complaint with the Phuket
District Attorney's office after he and his Thai girl friend passed by
the Agvion Towers around midnight last month. Russin was hit in the
face with flying ejaculat lauched off that 15th floor balcony and his
girl friend had another load splattered in her hair. Witnesses have
corroborated the story as they live directly across from Groenberg and
saw the entire incident. Groenberg has stated, through his attorney,
that they plan to appeal the courts findings.

Actually, it's even more remarkable than that. Not only did Groenberg get this guy in the face, but his LB mistress seems to have got the GF in the hair at the same time. The applause must have been deafening.
These crack sharpshooters should be released immediately and sent on a world tour.
It'd be interesting to know the basis of the appeal though.
