I have stayed at this hotel, in fact only a few weeks ago.Thier guest policy is a little convoluted, but in essence you are entiltled to take 1 lady per day without paying a joiner fee.
If you want to take an additional lady, it will be 300B per guest. Therefore, the first guest is free and thereafter 300B / per 24 hrs.
At least that was how I understood the explanation given to me by hotel management.
I didn't actually do any stress testing, confined my mongering to 1 guest per 24 hrs.
