Sapience - You mean the C&N Hotel ? If so it sure ain't upmarket but it certainly is girl friendly. Clientele seem to be of the "cheap charlie & sex tourist" brigade - I stay there almost exclusively these days  email address is info@cnhotelpatong.com and the web page is http://www.cnhotelpatong.com/inquiries.htm
No response? Yeah that's them alright. Try again and TELL them you want a confirmation email. Also make sure that they book you into the hotel and not the resort (it is out of town and more expensive). Enjoy.
MM3 - NOPE. They do not post their rates. Make them a reasonable offer and they usually agree. I believe if you leave it to them the rate is 1000 ex breakfast - I stayed in high season in mid January this year for an agreed 800 a night. Low season - now till October - I'd offer less.

C&N replied and gave me a rate of 700 baht. Not sure if breakfast is included or not, but I am usually not up early enough for breakfast.

I have tried two hotels in Patong :
The Patong Bayshore Hotel which is organized like a motel with rooms distributed around a beautiful garden with swimming pool. The Bayshore is a little bit far from Soi Bangla. It offers rooms at 1000 B in low season and 1800-2000 B in hight. Girl friendly with presentation of ID Card. Rooms are clean and new furnished. Bathroom with shower, air-cond, TV, refrigerator.
The PS Hotel, just in front of Soi Bangla. Older and less refined but close from the bars. No swimming. Same good guest policy than in the Bayshore. 850/1300 B in low/hight season. Lift, Bathroom with shower, air-cond, TV, refrigerator.
I prefer PS because it's easier : not far from the beach and the girls, cheap, not luxurious but clean with a friendly team.

I just want to say thanks for the recommendations of C&N hotel. A friend of mine stayed at Sansabai and didn't think the rooms were very nice. Then I read all the reports of people who had bad experinces there.
Thanks to you posters I made an offer to C&N for 600 baht/night for a 9 night stay in September and referenced this forum. They accepted and I'm all set up. Thanks fellas.

Hi Bro's,
Read thru all the threads - couldn't find an update on whether or not the Impiana Phuket Cabana is girl friendly - I will be in Phuket end of July with a bud and was looking for a 2 bed suite resort type in Patong - having difficultly locating anything - will settle for two seperate rooms.
Any help - greatly appreciated

Asked the same question a few months ago and was told that the Impiana Phuket has a joiner but they waive it if you ask. Also told to book a double. Ended up at the Salathai near the Impiana. Good place and cheaper than Impiana.
