Here is a good suggestion for a restaurant serving farang food in Patong.
The restaurant name is The Balcony and it is on Bangla road opposite side of Ocean. You can site outside or inside with A/C. They serve european cuisine like french and italian and they also have thai food. They have a good selection of wine (expensive everywhere in Thailand). This is a up market restaurant with medium prices and it is very relax. Very good service and the food is top notch. All the food is made fresh and they have dessert to die for like the banane flambé au Grang Marnier right at your table.
Restaurant like this are very expensive in the west but in Patong it is a very good deal for your money.

Two Black Sheep on 2nd road between Bangla and Soi Seapearl....on the ocean side of the street...Great stuff, run by a Kiwi, his wife and another bloke who do a fine job. Music at night, no BG's lookng for drinks....Good NZ beef and king size portions....
Best burger in Patong!

Thank's Honolulu Jimmy I will try to find it on my next trip.
Speaking of location, I don't know if some day we will be able to find a map of Patong with all the Soi and Soi name on it. All the maps I have and the one I saw doesn't have all the Soi and Soi name on it.
Same for maps of Bangkok a little bit north Sukhumvit or east of Soi 21 nothing on the map.

another good place for farang food in Patong is the Crossroad, situated in soi Wattana, run by two nice belgium guys.
good music, wwide tv screen, and superb meat.
