If go there form Patong (over the hill) to the large trafic circle take the first left road into the built up area. The soapy is on the Right hand side after 50 - 75 meters. It is attached to and is part of "Long Bar" so the best thing to do is look for the Long Bar
There are a few girls inside but all the girls in the bar (dresssed as BG's) are available as well
Also in you like the fuller figure there are a couple working there other wise normal TG body types
