Nice little rustic place. Never stayed at the hotel but the sauna is great.
For a 150 Baht you can enjoy a nice little pool, cool water jacuzzi, steaming hot eucalyptus sauna (which really cleans out your sinuses), and those ice cold rain-like showers to refresh yourself. It's a nice place to relax and drink those ice cold watermelon drinks to cool your insides after you get out of the sauna. They have a massage girl there, which the TG I was with claims is very good.
Nothing fancy about this place, but I went there several times and really enjoyed it after a long night. Each time I went it was very quiet and several locals showed up to enjoy the facilities. The sauna was hot as hell (not like the Russian ones or anything, but hot). I think its a nice place to take your TG for the day.
From Bangla, if you follow the road next to the beach for about 5 - 10 minutes (towards the airport) it will be on your right hand side off a little road. There's an Argentina Grill and Steakhouse in front of the place. Just tell the taxi guy, he'll most likely know where it's at.

Is the sauna co-ed.. did your TG go in with you ???
I notice a lot of hotels have seperate M/F saunas, jaccuzis etc -- bullshit !!

They have 2 saunas side by-side, and both are coed. However, each time I was there they only had one heated up. I guess maybe they fire up both during the high season.
My Tg and I always went in together, but basically kept our hands to ourselves with it being so hot.
