so after BKK, me & my boys booked a private mini van down to Pattaya (cost us 1800bht for the 4 of us, which was pretty reasonable I thought since we didn't have to be crammed up in a baht bus for that long 3 hour drive & we had alot of luggage too, so a taxi wouldn't fit us anyway)
Pattaya was pretty much a Nana Plaza on steroids. beer bars & go gos everywhere you looked. spent most of our time on Walking Street, which is pretty much a larger version of Bangla Road in Patong Beach on Phuket. LOTS of ladyboys everywhere, so u have to be careful, especially all along Beach Road late at night (some of them were actually pretty convincing, which was a switch from the LB's we saw hanging around NEP). Overall I'd say Angelwitch had the best looking chicks, & by far the most interesting shows. I was chatting up 1 of the showgirls there & she was the hottest chick I'd seen on my trip by far - 1/4 Japanese & 3/4 Thai w/the body of a Playboy Playmate - she told me she'd meet me at my hotel later that night, but she never showed. good thing I BF'ed a cute 19yo beerbar girl that night & got in a nice ST session beforehand. paid 1000bht & tipped her 200bht for good service, which may have been a bit over the average for a beerbar girl, but she was so sweet & spent a good chunk of the evening w/me playing connect 4 & teaching me all the other beer bar games like variations on jenga & a dice game that was pretty interesting. great way to spend some lazy hours & I found the beer bar girls in general in both Pattaya & Phuket to be alot more fun to be around & personable, & alot less jaded & money hungry than the go-go chicks & freelancers. u can find some gems in the beer bars if u look around a little, & their barfines & ST/LT rates are generally lower than the go-go girls too... this chick was visibly disappointed when I rushed her out after our ST session together... afterall, I couldn't risk the hot showgirl chick showing up & finding this one asleep in my bed, could i? anyway, just as good that I did, cuz I could tell this one was already beginning to grow attached to me & the 1 thing I didn't need was drama to complicate matters on my trip.
In Pattaya, we stayed at the Sunshine Vista Apartments, which were a great value at 1250bht/night & the service was good, but located a little far away from the main nightlife so would not recommend for anyone looking to be close to the action on Walking Street. Nice pool on the roof, nice rooms, private in room safes, polite staff, & very GF otherwise. We ended up renting scooters for 250bht/day to get around during the daytime hours, or taking the baht bus for 10bht per trip to & from Walking Street at night. Never take the tuk tuks or baht buses that are parked along the curbs trying to solicit your business. They will always try to overcharge tourists at least 100bht/trip whereas you only have to pay 10bht trip on the baht buses you hail that are driving along on the street.
*note to anyone new to LOS: be wary of taking any taxis or tuk tuks that are parked on the street looking to solicit your fare, especially coming out of the airport... always ask for them to use their meter & only take a taxi that you must hail off the street as the ones trying to solicit your business will always quote an outrageously inflated price to take you to your destination. always use the taxi stand located outside the main terminal where they issue you a ticket to give to the driver after you notify them of your destination. It is easy to mistake the private taxi services that are located within the terminal, so you need to be careful you don't fall into this tourist trap. The hotels limosine transfers are also very overpriced, so would not recommend anyone to use that option unless it is a free service provided by your hotel.
other than Walking Street, we checked out some of the MP's around our hotel between Soi 3 & 4 on North Pattaya Road. There are some stunners in the Sabai Sabai (i think that was the name) in the fishbowl, 1 of whom gave me the best soapy & f*** I'd ever had in any MP in LOS. session was real hot & sweaty & I made her cum a couple times. she worked really hard to get me off too, but I was pretty much drained of all my bodily fluids after all the shit i'd been doing the prior few days in BKK & on Walking street, so she ended up giving me a nice HJ & I blew my load all over her perfect 36C breastesses. it was a kodak moment that I will remember for a while. not giving u niggaz her name cuz I don't want her poon to be completely stretched out by the time I go back there. lol. paid 2200bht for the session & tipped her 500bht for great service.
note to anyone going to MP for some action, would definitely recommend taking a girl who is actively trying to gain your attention & smiling, as 1 of the girls I took from a fishbowl at another MP in BKK who wasn't looking at me at all gave me the worst service i've had, & I ended up leaving after only 1 hour & not tipping her anything.
wandered into that euro chicks place on Walking street that only has white chicks (u can see 1 dancing in the showcase on the 2nd floor right next to 1 of the main go-go's - sorry, can't recall the name of the go go), but the prices they were quoting there were beyond ridiculous. they had $350 USD on the menu for private sessions & charging upwards of 300bht per drink. we didn't bother wasting any time at this place. I can get much better level talent for less money in the states anyway if I wanted to spend that much.
overall, me & my boys paid anywhere from 1000-1500ST for the chicks we barfined from the go-go's & beerbars in Pattaya, & 1500-2000LT... this seemed to be the average going rate for the better looking ones... i'm sure we coulda found cheaper ones if we really wanted to, but we don't mind paying a bit more for more attractive girls... there were a few hot ones working at some of the bigger go-gos like Angelwitch, & I did see a few hot freelancers hanging around outside the bars too, but never did take any of them... I stuck mainly to barfining go go chicks & beer bar girls (much preferred the interaction with the playful beer bar girls to the cutthroat nature of some of the go go chicks myself)... plus the barfines for the beer bar girls were about half the price as what they were asking in the go gos (200-300bht for beerbar girls vs. 500-600bht for go-go girls)
it was my first time in Pattaya & I enjoyed it, but it's a little seedy in comparison to Patong Beach, which was much nicer, cleaner, & more festive imho. some may not agree. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay in Phuket the most by far over BKK & Pattaya due to the overall resort feel & environment. In Patong Beach, we stayed at the Patong Villa in their bungalows, which were very conveniently located close to the action on Bangla Road & across the street from the beach area. The only drawbacks were that we had to walk through an alleyway where there were lots of merchants who would be trying to sell us suits & tshirts every time we walked past them, but that pretty much happened everywhere along the streets anyway, so it was a minor annoyance. Also, there were no private safes in the rooms, so we had to store our valuables in the safe deposit box in reception. The bungalows were very nice though & we had private access to the pool & came & went as we pleased w/our bargirls w/o a word said to us from the hotel staff. We paid 1350bht/night for DBL occupancy off their website. Breakfast was rudimentary at best (order of omelette or Thai style breakfast off their menu & some fruit available w/coffee, tea or juice)... there was a slight misunderstanding about my guest's breakfast being prepaid since I had booked a double room because I didn't notify reception that I would have a guest when I checked in, so if anyone is going to use this hotel, remember to specify upon checkin that your guest will be joining you later on so they issue 2 breakfast tickets instead of 1, otherwise they will charge 200bht for the extra breakfast.
Phi Phi island was unbelievable. Definitely would recommend anyone to take a day trip out there. We booked a day trip on the big boat which cost us 800bht each from 1 of the street travel agent booths. They picked us up at our hotel at 7am & the trip included lunch during our 2 hour layover on Phi Phi Island, snorkeling in a beautiful coral reef for 45 minutes, & return minivan transport back to our hotel at 5pm.
Prices in Phuket for souvenirs & clothing are almost always inflated compared to the Weekend market & Lumpini Night bazaar prices in Bangkok, so would recommend all of you to do all your shopping in Bangkok at the Chatchak Weekend Market if you can. Prices along Sukhumvit in Bangkok are also very inflated (80bht tshirts at the Weekend Market in Chatuchak will cost 120-200bht from the street vendors on Sukhumvit, some asking for upwards of 250bht to start off).
Vendors no matter where you go will always quote an outrageously inflated price, so remember to haggle prices down to at least 25-35% of initial quoted prices whenever possible (prices at the bigger shopping malls will sometimes be set & non-negotiable though). Price for food is also non-negotiable, but for almost everything else, there is usually some room for negotiation. The vendors will cave in to your price almost 70% of the time if you hold firm & show willingness to walk away from a sale, but you can get a general idea of a fair asking price after haggling with various vendors for the same merchandise & getting an idea of what the lowest price they will agree to will be for a certain item. In general, tourists will almost always pay inflated prices over what native Thai speaking people will pay, so it is a good idea to learn how to speak a little Thai to help in negotiating prices down as well & avoiding the tourist traps that are everywhere. If the vendors see that you can speak their language, they know there's less of a chance they can take advantage of your ignorance of fair market pricing for the stuff they sell. I did alot better this time around on pricing cuz 1 of my friends spoke a little Thai.
checked out a couple MP's in Phuket town where some of the locals & asian tourists go, but nothing that great to be found at any of them. saw some really hot stunners at a G Club in Phuket town called Fantasia, but after figuring in the cost of spending time w/them drinking (you pay these girls 250bht/hour to hang out w/u there), the drinks themselves & the take out fees after for each girl (from 2500-3500bht if you go in on your own, 1000bht surcharge if a taxi driver or tout brings you there, so NEVER tell a taxi driver to take u there), you'd end up spending upwards of 6 - 10Kbht for a top notch girl easily. We decided it wasn't worth the money, so we left, had a nice dinner at a local korean bbq restaurant & hired a private taxi to take us back to Patong Beach for 250bht (it's hard to hail a meter taxi in that part of town after 9pm, cuz we didn't see any). It's about a 30 minute ride, so don't expect to rent a scooter & take it back & forth from the Beach to Phuket Town, cuz the steep winding hills are daunting even for an experienced rider.
have to say I enjoyed Phuket alot more than I did Pattaya, but that had alot to do w/the fact that I spent all 4 days with the same 24 yr old cutie w/the sweet smile & even sweeter ass that I had met on my 1st trip to LOS a few months ago, so it felt alot like a real vacation instead of just mongering every night which can get tiresome after a while. it's definitely a good idea to get a girl on the 1st night there that you really like & vibe with & have her stay with you for the duration of your trip, so u have someone to share the slow hours during the day lounging on the beach & doing activities together like trips to Phi Phi & jetskiing, shooting range, etc... but there is some action to be found in the daytime hours in the smaller MP's up & down the side streets in & around Bangla as well as some freelancers along the road adjacent to the beach if mongering is what you wanna be doing 24/7. I ended up giving my girl 5000bht for staying with me for those 4 days & she didn't complain at all. definitely someone I will be looking up again on my return trip. great personality, not jaded & money hungry like the typical go go girl, & always open to do anything to spend the time & always smiling & never complained at all no matter how long I took shopping in the various vendor stalls. also probably the sweetest little asses u'll ever see. it helped that I had kept in touch with her over emails since my last trip out there, so she was expecting me & by me showing up at her bar as I said I would, I think she gained alot of face in front of her BG pals, as she made it a point to stop off there a few times during our stay just to say hi to them. there are some girls that you meet during your mongering outings that you just want to cum in their hair & bust a nut on & kick them out after, but there are others that you just vibe so well with that you really think of them on another level than just some p4p chick you met on the street. I think if u treat these girls with some level of respect & tenderness, they repay it in spades in the level of GFE they provide. honestly speaking, I don't even think my phuket girl would have complained no matter how much I gave her. she enjoyed our time together as much as I did, & i'm definitely looking forward to seeing her again.
back in the states now & back to the real world. f***.

Gotta give those Indian guys their due though...the best mimics of an Aussie accent I have ever heard.
We found the best way to put them off their game was to accept the offered handshake, hold on tight, and keep on walking (with a smile of course).
They aren't very big in stature and as soon as they get dragged more than a few metres from the store front they let go pretty quick.
And to Drunken...thanks for the read, I was beginning to think Patong had been washed away...again. Not much activity on the Phuket forum of late. Was Sharkey bar still going strong ?

i don't miss phuket by nice place to relax. I did like the fact that it was clean and more easy going.
i notice on the town side, is where most of the chinese and singaporeans like to hang out, especailly the type of clubs you mentioned above.
agree on one thing. the girls down there are sweet, not as hard up as the bkk/pattaya gals other than the town girls.

seemed like the most happening beerbars were the one w/the dancing schoolgirls on the go go poles just off Bangla on the left hand side as ur walking down away from the beach, & the one directly opposite that one (not sure of the names, but they're highly visible bars)... some cuties to be found working in this area... the ones where u have to walk into the plazas to get to were pretty slow, but some cuties to be found there if you look around...
as far as go-go's are concerned, the best one on Bangla was still one on Soi Dragon w/the same japanese style looking chicks that were working there the last time I went, but the mamasans are quoting 2000-3000bht for ST on top of a 600bht barfine, which is outrageous, so unless u can haggle down those prices, i'd stick to the beerbar girls myself... be on the lookout for 1 jap looking chick who tried to have my friend pay up front for ST before he had even barfined her... I forget her # but she had lighter skin & a decent set of knockers on her... sorry for the ambiguous description, but the specific details of the entire trip are sorta a blur as i'm sure many of you can identify with... I think the hottest one in the Dragon Go Go is #17 (i think that was her #)... very nice body & she's the lead dancer when they do the choreographed routines on stage... woulda barfined her for sure but I had my girl with me the whole time... let me know how she is if any of you dudes take her... i've only seen her leaving w/jap dudes though, so maybe she charges more than the average monger will pay... who knows... there's also a taller girl w/poofy dyed light brown/blonde hair that's a stunner also... very nice legs & ass, smallish tits but still a nice handful, & very pretty face, but pretty expressionless when she's dancing on stage, as most of the more attractive ones tend to be in that place.
there's another Go Go just past the entrance to Bangla on the right hand side... there's just a black sign that reads "A Go Go" over the doorway, & you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get in... there's a pooltable at the entrance where u can see the girls chillin out in between their dance sets... some cuties to be found there also... not sure about the rates cuz I didn't ask, but assume would be a bit less than what they're quoting at Dragon.
** my advice to any of you who barfine a chick, go to the go gos between 9-10pm if you want to find the best talent... then barfine one you like & hang out with her on bangla, maybe take her dancing at Tiger Disco... that way u have a chance to vibe w/the girl & get her a little drunk before u head back to the hotel to do the deed... & even if u only choose ST, it'll probably be too late for her to go back to work, so she won't be in as much of a rush to get out after u blow ur load... if ur lucky u can get her to stay the night & get a LT for a ST fee.
avoid talking about ST/LT rates unless they bring up the subject, otherwise they'll peg you for a newb & charge u more (at least that's what seemed to be the trend w/my friends)... everytime I didn't discuss money, I ended up just giving the girl anywhere from 1000-1200bht for ST & 1500-2000bht for LT, & they seemed more than happy to get it... I only tipped if the girl gave me extra good service (usually around 200bht)... mind u, I didn't go looking for the cheapest lay I could find, so i'm sure some of you will be able to find girls who'll do the nasty for less, but my friends & I are pretty picky so i'm talking about girls who i'd rate at least an 8 on my own personal scale... & i'm asian so my taste for other asian girls may vary from what some of the farang bros may like.
also, NEVER tell them ur exact itinerary... if they know you're leaving the next day, they're more apt to try & take advantage of you or give u poor service... I always told them I was staying another week, so they're more likely to give u better service & gain a return customer... I got jacked by 1 chick who worked at Rainbow 4 in NEP who I had a good experience with on my first trip in BKK who knew I was leaving for Pattaya the next day the night I barfined her on this trip (details will be posted in the Misc - Girls forum)
also, NEVER fall asleep inside a taxi cab by urself, cuz some of the bargirls tell me of instances where drunk tourists who pass out in cabs are robbed at gunpoint in secluded spots by crooked drivers & their thug friends.
funny, this is only my 2nd trip to LOS & i'm giving u guys advice... i'm sure most of u knnow all this already, but for the newbs I figure this info would be helpful... it's really hard not to get jacked in this country... u always have to be on your guard.

none of the bars or go gos I went to had full on nudity in Patong Beach (maybe there are, but I didn't see any)... there were more than a couple places in Pattaya though - Angelwitch probably w/the best looking ones (but the hotter featured showgirls don't necessarily go home w/the customers there)... the bars & go gos in Pattaya stayed open til 3am on Walking Street w/plenty of action available on the streets much later than that & things were just more hardcore there than in Patong Beach, where things closed around 2am, so for the late night mongers who prefer the hardcore action & in your face feel of Pattaya, Patong Beach may not be for you... i'd recommend Phuket HIGHLY if you're going to have a girl stay w/u for a few days though... it's just a nicer place to be with a girl of your own.

The only nudity we saw when we were there in May (when out on the town) was when we checked out the ping pong show in a Soi Sea Dragon gogo.
But the girls weren't that flash to look at. It's their skills that gain your apppreciation. And it wasn't a GO GO in the NEP, Soi Cowboy tradition...only a few girls on stage and pretty seedy.
