I have been to bkk many times for business. Never had a chance to go to phuket. In May, I am planning going to phuket. What is the best hotel to stay in. ( As I will have an expense account on this trip) Thanks all for your help.

Phuket section of the forum has plenty of stuff. Girl-friendly, not girl-friendly, etc.. In terms of luxury do a web search or stay at Club Med (need a big expense account).

When you ask for the best......'Amanpuri'.
You need a rather large expense account though.
Let me know where you like to stay, quit, close to night life, beach etc. and I can give some recommendations.

I guess that it really depends upon what you are looking for. Have stayed at Amari Coral beach and it was nice,but nothing special. Easy to get company in and out because it is so large and open.
Another time stayed at Andamon Beach Club. Also nice and fairly open and not a problem with guests. Both places include a good breakfast and are clean facilities and nice grounds. Both can be seen on the web at their sites.

Patong is a great place! Live it up and go to a nice place. www.latestays.com always has good deals.
The beach is very nice so you might think about on the places on the beach....There are many off beach road that have great grounds and lots of fun....If your
looking for the night life due stay in Patong...There are some great places outside of the fun zone, Phuket has much to offer...See it all...
