The only place that I know of for Falang closer that Patong would be Phuket Town... Grand Palace MP. You enter from the car park next to Robinsons....There si some good shopping, a few dept. stores, a film multi plex in Next to Ocean Dept. store and lost of shops and markets....Plenty to do and the prices will be much better than at the hotel or nearby vendors.....MP will be 2000 Baht with tip......About the same as Christins in Patong....You ought to get a room for the night in Patong a get a L.T.
