Arrived Phuket on Friday afternoon around 2.30pm and looked for a taxi, thanks to a friends advice, I knew that the taxi scammers would be out in force and unfortunately there is not much you can do about it. As they have a monopoly and the mafia basically kill anyone who tries to f_ck with there ways, in fact some people who have tried to introduce metered taxis here have been killed for the effort.
Anyway I was told to expect 500/600 baht for the trip to Patong and I managed to get one for 350b and when you think about it, it is a fair way to Patong, it will take at least 30 minutes and if you were to get a taxi in Bkk for that distance and pay the tolls etc, it will only be about 100 baht difference. But the taxis are clapped out buckets off crap, not sure what the limos are like or what they charge. The minibuses would be ok if you donít mind taking hours to get there as they have several stops to make and drop off other guests depending where you are staying on their route as to how long it will take. Not worth the hassle for 100 bht.
I stayed at the Summer Breeze in Soi Saen Sabai, right in the heart of the action and was only 1400 baht for a nice little suite kind of room. Very friendly staff and no problem with your special friends. They have no pool but you can use one around the corner for 70 baht and the beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Now I have to say I had the privilege off being shown around town on Friday night by one of the nicest guys I have met here in Los, Jumping Jack, ( JJ ) and him being an English scot, I am sure he prefers the tag of being a scot better, he of course loves to drink and he drinks like a fish, a bloody big fish. We started of at 7pm and finished at 2ish and visited a bar about every half hour or so. I must admit that compared to Bkk the pickings are very slim in Phuket for good looking girls and a lot seem to have attitudes. They seem to be getting relatively good amounts of cash from the tourists and when a local comes a hunting that knows better, they are quickly overlooked for better targets and then you get your chance later on when they think they will not find a customer. One girl I was chatting with said a customer gave her 24,000b for 3 nights, another gave her 6k for one night, others 10k for one night and so on, she had made 90k this last month and only worked 3 weeks of it and did not go with customers every night, She was cute and had a nice body, but there are plenty of her quality and far better in Bkk that donít seem to make that much cash. I also seemed to see a lot of young bucks down that way, far more then in Bkk and the girls love to try and get a piece of fresh young meat. So as we cruised the bars and talked shit, I kept an eye out for something that I could go back for or follow up on the next night. As for gogos, they were a complete waste of time, very disappointing except for Rock Hard and Flash, but even flash had nothing really outstanding in it, RH had some cuties and would be worth checking, but again the attitude was very off putting except for a few. There are several girls in there that are making in the region of 50k a week, yes a week, they are getting 2 and 3 short times every nitgh and possibly finishing off with a LT, again being offered high rates generally. One night I was in there and the aircon shit itself, jesus it was hot, if you thought gogo girls moved slow enough in aircon on the stage, you should have seen the statues standing glued to a pole for fear of breaking out in a sweat and running there makeup.
Plenty of ladyboys about and plenty of Japanese going with them every night, one dirty old bugger I saw hand in hand at lunchtime, mind you in broad daylight, with 2 of them walking down the street, had to have a chuckle. Then outside Tigers at 2am an old very well dressed gent is stopped by one of the real ugly butch ones and giving her/his tonsils a good clean in front of everyone, shit at least he could have done it with a cute one.
So over 5 nights and all the hunting, I only went home with one, she was from Soi Seadragon and was 25, quite cute and a little bit air headed. I first thought that it was because I got her pissed, but then when sober the next day she was the same, so I guess I was right, she was an idiot. Actually thatís a bit harsh, she was just strange, had some strange habits but the main thing was she went off, after 4 rounds and at 4 in the arvo I kicked her out to get some sleep for the night coming. She certainly liked rooting and she was very persuasive in getting me to play lickity splits with her bald as a badger budgu. Now I must admit I had pulled a muscle in me tongue and it is kinda sore today as she had me working up a lather down there, would have to be the longest session I had ever had as she got extremely wet very quickly beforehand and I thought this would be a piece of cake, but shit it just went on and on and on and on and she kept grabbing my head every time I wanted to surface for air and wipe some of her inner most juices on the pillow and her mouth, but alas I could not and now my tongue is paying the price, have to chew on some ice for a day or 2.
Tiger is a great spot for picking up a chicky babe after 11 and closer to 12 midnight, it gets full of babes that are on the hunt, have already been barfined, freelancers and other girls that are confident enough to pay the bf themselves and head there to pickup. But again full of young bucks and I found a few girls that I wanted to become fluid friends with were still looking for the young bucks or the big bucks, but mind you I did not try that hard, I seem to have settled into the I donít give a shit attitude and donít want to work for it to hard, even though this would be one of the easiest countries where the least amount of work is required.
Also in Tigers I saw ëFavioí or is it ëFabioí you know the 7 foot tall and muscle bound dude from the romance book covers, or at least his twin brother and what a tosser he is, standing there looking all muscly and just waiting for the chicks to be drawn like a magnet. Dancing with a beer in one hand and on the spot thrusting his magnificent bod backwards and forwards in the same motion to every different beat. Saw him later at a food stall after closing with 2 girls, one ugly and one fat, hahahaha, silly c***.
So there we are, I had a great time with JJ and highly recommend anyone contacting him to see if he is looking for a night out, he seems to only go out a few night a month and happened to be on the way on the night I arrived. And you can only call him when he is on top of the missus so she can hear that it is a business meeting and all ridgy didge. After 5 nights of 3-5am and reasonably early days for things I had to do, I am totally wrecked now, but even the last morning I nearly got back up and went hunting at 3 am after getting to the hotel at 2.45am for the little cutey I had chatted with earlier and she would have been one of the cutest I had seen and was up for a bit of rumpy pumpy, but I decided to let common sense prevail for once in my life and go to sleep, for once the big head over rode the little head. A few other guys and in particular another Scot, or was he irish, all sound the same to me, were great guys and very considerate in showing a newbie to Phuket about.
I visited Christines massage twice and walked out, both because there was no talent there that was worthy of the affection of my erection and because the staff, papasans, were quite rude. Seems very quiet in there and no wonder, but still might be worth a look as a superstar just might wander in by accident.
Personally anyone going to Phuket I would recommend taking a quality girl from Bkk and enjoying the island without the search and destroy hassle. You could always then put her on the plane a day or 3 early if you felt the desire to hunt solo for fresh meat and tell her you have a full round of meetings scheduled for the next 2 days and would prefer you both enjoying the holiday first and then you continue in heavy business alone.
Also as a little advice for shoppers in Phuket, donít overpay for your shit you buy, this all only makes Phuket the expensive and scamming place it is. As an example, I was told the taxi prices, hassle them down and walk away if they will not play, you will find most will follow you and deal or at least at worse you have the opportunity to then walk back and take up the cheapest offer. Also shopping in the streets, here are a couple of examples. I was buying clothes and stuff for kids, I knew roughly what you could get them for in Bkk and found they all asked 3 to 6 times the price, I also had them offering it to me for less than 4 times their original price when I showed small interest but failed to buy. One girl wanted 650 for a shirt and short set for a boy and I fell on her counter and thumped my heart and she started to laugh and said oh I am sorry, how about 400, I said 150 and she continued down until she happily sold it to me for 150. Another guy wanted 800 for a silver necklace, I said 250 and after all the heartache he sold it to me for 250 and even gave me an extra little security latch for it included. Another girl came to me and said for a sarong, the big shop will sell you this for 1250, I said they can keep it for 1250, she said but I sell to you cheap 800, I said I live in Bkk and Iíll give you 100, she said sold. So donít be ripped off for Christs sake.
JJ, when in Bkk next, make sure you let me know, I am sure Pinga and some others may be interested in showing you around bkk again.

And you don't know the girl from Seadragon, the one I was eyeing off in the leather dress, I went back to see the next night and she was not there. Went back again on monday night and she was there but busy with a customer, but then this other cutey turned up from nowhere and I stayed. In fact I am lucky I did not get that one as later in the evening her friend and another girl were all brawling out in the rain and on the ground. The guy that she was with ended up taking the 3 of them home in a tuktuk and they were still punching on in the back, lol. The guy just looked like 'shit what have I got myself into'. Then 30 minutes later about 5 girls turned up and a few more minutes after that I heard a commotion and 4 of them were on the ground punching on and in headlocks, by the end of the night I saw 4 girls hanging around that bar with black eyes and cuts to the face.
Mate, you take me to all the classy places with all the classy dames, lol. At least the girl I was with did'nt join in, she was pretty sheepish about it all and ran off to the other side of the bar.

Lol, now I had not thought of it like that, come to think of it, it must have been who HAD to go as they were all fighting over getting into that tuktuk.
If you need that business call again, just call my number before your about to get down to business with the missus and then I will call it back in about 10 minutes, should do the job just nicely again!!
I also want to head down to Trat and checkout what you mentioned, but not sure when and I think you mentioned you go down there regularly, maybe when I eventually get down that way, we might be able to catch up there as well.
