as far as i know there are no specialist BJ bars in patong.
more's the pity.

on a trip last year i knew a cambodian girl who worked in cockpit bar.
she worked 12:00-18:00 and had the pick of early customers.
got to know her and i would go into the bar during the afternoon and we would go into the toilet.
she would then proceed with the BBBJ until completion.

i missed her on my last visit.
