If you have limited time and funds are not a problem, I guess you can go to Poseidon, Utopia or Amsterdam MP's. I have never been to the Painter bars on Soi 33 but my friends told me they are more refined than your Nana plaza girls.

Thai supermodels/pop stars/actresses are fine ass hell ! The concerts at Hollywood have sweet lookers. Thai-Indian, Thai-Euro or US mixed ladies seem to have that hot assed look too.
Stay by the Uni's, MBK Siam Square etc have some sweet younger ones, BTS Skytrain around the malls, you will see some stunners.
All show with no go though. Had several Thai Uni GF's but wound up a big PiA with too much demands and jealousy; I prefere 6.5's with 8 bodies now. Made me an instant Butterfly to BBs.
