These russian girls certainly didn't spend their money flying over to Bangkok to give away freebies. Most of them are here for money. Yes, US$ 100 (4,500B) a night is about right whether or not the customer smells. A good friend of mine managed to get a Russian from the streets of Sukhumvit Soi 3, for less than 1,000B once. But they don't seem to be around there lately.
It is difficult to guess if she is a freelancer or not. Of course if you go to CM2 a few days consecutively, and see the same girls then you would know.  Most of the time, once you have made the deal, you can take them back to the hotel. I think they would prefer that you give them the money, then to spend it on drinks and other stuff.

CM2 is at the basement of Novotel Hotel (in Siam Square). Just tell the taxi driver Novotel Siam Square make sure you include "Siam Square" or you could be taken elsewhere as there are a few Novotels in Bangkok.
As for Sparks, have not gone down there, everytime I think of doing it, I end up elsewhere. If there is a cover charge, it would be between 200-500B (That seems to be the range for most places).

Actually, there is a minimum age requirement in CM2. The girl you bring in must be 20 years and above.
You won't have the problem, but if you have a 18-year old, she would be!

But, I think that the short time hotel rate will be higher than or the same as the surcharge of your hotel. Is there any reason that you prefer a short time hotel?
