I think this is called female ejaculation, not female orgasm.
I have never personally encountered it in LOS, but then it seems that only a relatively small percentage of women anywhere are capable of this, and even then not every time they orgasm.

Arcadius is correct, a small percentage of women can do this. There is even a web site (somewhere, I forget the link) on how to train women how to do this. I also think there is a training video.
However, some women also lose control of their bladder functions when they orgasm, thus it may be pee. Check the color of the liquid. If it is yellow then you know what it is. Milky white or clear is female ejaculation

Alego, there is thread in the health section on female vaginal secretions (not the same as female ejaculation though).
Some say that female ejaculation contains some urine as it comes from the urethra. From my limited experince this is not the case.
