Most hotels provide breakfast in the morning, and if you had booked a double room, you'll also get two breakfasts'.
So lets say I had a girl stay over the nite, and if we are both awake enough at around breakfast hours, is it ok to bring her along to have breakfast with me at the hotel restaurant or cafe?
Another thing is, what's the proper way to end the whole thing? Do I just let her walk out my room, or walk her down to the lobby to get a cab? Anything else I should know?

Personally, I always give the lady her financial reward in the privacy of my room. Then, since I always book a double, go downstairs for breakfast with her, then walk her out to the front to get her a cab. Then, I usually give her something extra also as cab fare. Sometimes, they may not want to have breakfast, so I'll just walk her out to get her a cab, then walk back in to have breakfast myself.

I pay the girl just before she gets into the cab. I usally ask if she's hungry and would she like breakfast. A fair number of the girls want to hang out all day. I'm pleasent but firm, you gotta go, honey.

I am sorry to say so, but I never really cared about the breakfast vouchers, even if I get two when checking in at a double. I like to sleep very long in the mornings or try to go for another round.
If the BG is nice and I like to hang around with her, I ask her if she is hungry just to be kind. Usually though, I leave the BGs in the lobby or just outside the hotel.
As for the payment, of course I pay them in the room if I store my money in the personal safe. But if I have to store my money at the reception's safe, I pay the BGs in the lobby in a discrete way.

Something to keep in mind when thinking about taking your BG to any meals in the hotel.
If you are looking to possibly ask one of the hotel staff outl, then it's a very bad idea. Also, my buddy has run into another BG at breakfast with his new BG. So ... of course, he was branded a butterfly at the bar.
I personally never take them to eat any meals in the hotel. Nothing to be ashamed of, but I am sure they will feel more comfortable eating somewhere else, and at times, I can do without the stares.
As for paying them, I always pay them in the room. I also include a little bit for cab fare.

i sneer at mere butterflies
where i stay is totally safe from any prying eyes of reception,do not need to go through reception to access room.
always kept my key on me and sometimes never go to reception for 4-5 days at a time.
they are always pleased to see me when they do.
they know i take a girl home everyday,but don't know if it's the same one or not.
they normally see me with only one or two.
if we eat,we get room service.
but i'm not worried what anyone thinks,the hotel also doubles as a S/T hotel.
sometimes pay the girl in the room,sometimes walking down the street.
3 minutes walk to the nearest busy road.
i will normally ask them if they want to eat or have a drink and if they say yes,then we do.
if they just want to go home then i will always walk them to the motorbike taxi stand and give them the 20bt.
many of the girls live above their bars/go-go's and if they are one of these,i will always walk them home and have a drink in their bar.
i very rarely go with strangers these days.
i will normally know at least 2 girls in the particular bars and after a few getting to know the others,they are no longer strangers and off we go.

I agree with the "butterfly" lable. Does not bother me!!
I too also, will order room service is she is hungry then go out. I am too lazy!! ha ha ha!!
