I like them 27-35 approx.
In their 30s I have found them to be less self-absorbed and more likely to give GFE as they are often auditioning for a job as partner.
They also have life experience to share and often superior technique.
Best 3 BJs I've had in LoS were 42, 43 and 33 yrs old.

I'm a newbie (just back from my first trip to LOS) but have to agree with the posts on this thread...my first BKK gal was a freelancer who I could have sworn was about 23 with a wrinkle free body tight and firm as an 18 year old, but whom I found out after three nights together was actually 36 and had a 14 year old daughter! This girl returned my every attention with interest, and was all around best in bed.
Then I met an inexperienced 20 year old, and proceeded to get a bad case of TG infatuation, this in spite of inferior sex etc. The thing about the younger one, though, is that she is eager for the BFE and is really coachable.
