Why is this cheap?
I think of it as making the most out of an investment, but everyone has different views. I guess that is why I can afford a mia noi and many cannot.
I simply find the way to do something to the best advantage and it suits my situation.

I pay 3200 baht a month for my mia noi's room. Suk 71. Right on the road & 15 paces to a busstop. The room has an aircon. They seem delighted with it (as I rotate them through). So basically they have the same or nicer accomodation than DL.
Compared to a shared 1500 baht - unfurnished - unairconditioned room that most bar girls live in - my girls seem quite contented. Their salary is 20k. I get the lights & their laundry. I go over there 4 or 5 times a week. They f*** my brains out & then I go home. There is a public pool nearby (2 actually) - often times we go swimming. The current one is a stunner - many members have met her.
I, on the other hand, live in a 4 bedroomed house on 96 talad wah. Selected members - such as shagga & TC are welcome to come by any time to check out my hi-fi rig. I am quite proud of it.

True enough, lots of mia nois out near Suk 71 and Onnut. In fact, lot of the P4P ladies live out that way, as it's affordable and easy access to the Skytrain/MRTA. My old apt building out in that neck of the woods had aircon digs for 3500B/month; and lots of mia nois had those units. Being a cheap charlie, my TGF and I stayed in one for 3000B/month and no aircon, lol! We've since moved up a tad, but one doesn't have to spend a fortune to house a mia noi. Many of the mia nois in my old haunt had Japanese and Korean benefactors.
