there's heaps of expats making tons of money in LOS.
not every foreigner is a teacher, not even the Native Speakers

ok, if that 's the case, then why did you make the assumption that expats are poor, from the beginning ?
and why did you then say the only non-Poor Falahng you knew in LOS were Property dealers ?

and if you've headhunters trying to contact you, why aren't you already working in LOS ?
or would they not pay you well ?, hence your assumption that ALL expats get miserable pay
