Good place for a late night snack (for your stomach or your sexual appetite). Two main rooms (cafe/diner type feeling). I prefer the back room to the front room as the girls seem to be younger in the back. I do a walkaround of the front room, back room, and maybe a once over outside as the girls are sitting all around (with girls who don't have "permission" -even though they are freelancers, the ones in the cafe are under the general protection of a few local characters who in turn are under the protection of the Makasan district Police Department- to work there stand around outside and curbside). The curbside freelancers are scattered from the hotel all the way to around the corner near the "beside the railroad" road.
Usually get a table in the middle of the back room and have late night "jia muay" with friends. Sit and drink/chat a bit. Wave a girl over you like and she'll come and chat with you. Negotiate (it's usually 1300 for ST, 3000 LT, so there is not much negotiating). There are cheaper there of course, and it's freelance so it depends on you. And there are some older (at least to me) girls in those pastel colored office suits; probably cheaper.
Anyhoo... quality varies. Sometimes a good one, sometimes not. More than a few illegals from southern China and Burma. Some of them are quite cute though. Speaking Mandarin has helped there as their Thai really sucks.
