Does out perspective and willingness to accept less than perfect lookers deteriorate as we get older?
For me I would say no, but how can I really be sure.
For instance, fashion styles change so what was a hot look 20 years ago might not look to hot now.
Who am I kidding-30 years ago!
I mean after all I think most of us started out thinking white girls were 'it'. Not many guys on this forum now think that way....except guys on the reverse track like BK, and of course he is wrong. 
Fact is I would not now be the least bit interested in the girls I liked 30 years ago.
Why? They are old but I'm not.

Now that is a more concrete answer. To give you more direct question, looking for girls 22-28, slender, no plastic, innocent looking but has that "will be dirty in the sack".
Are the G-Clubs any good? Also have been to two MPs and did not find anything past a 6.
