I am a picky person when it comes to looks...but after living in thailand did come to realize that coolness and attitude come into play big time, especially in this scenario!!!!
Mrs. atl and I (pre-the mrs part) pulled 2 of these (both on my B-Day) one in BKK and one in Pattaya..FYI, mrs. atl didnt go downtown on the girl or visa versa : (
she picked the girl both times...and as you could imagine she made sure the girls were NOT prettier than her...but still strong 7's.
she made sure I tipped well and made damn well sure I never went to either bar again LOL!
I think it was brooks in shawshank redemption that said "easy, peasy, japanesy!"

Explanation: I am from the country where the girl for 3-some costs $500-700. In Thailand max I have ever paid for the girl was $80. Plus I can not bring the whore to the apartment I live with my children, can I? That should be enough reason I believe.
I am also not coming to Thailand for this pure reason. But after spending 20 days in my past visits to Thailand I have still not figured other best way to get the girl that I need except going to go-go on Soi Cowboy. Do not consider it as a complaint though.

Good points made - I guess normal folks call them 'girls', and assholes call then 'whores'.
Easy way to distinguish between the two kinds of guys, seeing as how the written word on a forum makes it difficult to convey other characteristics.
Just look at it that way, and let these same guys keep calling them whores - brands them just as much, and makes it easy for us to label the assholes in the crowd...

no argument their getting paid LY, thought KK & wife might try the approach, looking for lady, instead of we want to take a whore back to our room & i'm not so sure all the working girls are grown ups, either way I don't think most people like being belittled
