Thais prefer freshness and new things; that is why they want to buy new houses, new cars and so on, car boot sales are an anathema to them. They extend this concept to women too; in the Thai man’s ideal world his teerak should be young, demure and above all virgin. Any lady who has been in farang man’s arms is sullied goods and no man of decent social standing will enter in a relationship with them. This is more prevalent in the provinces than Bangkok, where anonymity and distance from family and relatives breeds loose behaviour. Thai women are very conscious of it.
Daffy’s idea isn’t a bad one; actually you could offer a layered package structure: Home, Premium and Ultimate all priced accordingly. Content could be along these lines:
Home: general guidance and knowledge of how farang men’s mentality, plus a crash course in basic oral (no dbl meaning here) and written languages, chosen from a selection of most likely national candidates: American, Australian (yes they don’t speak English so it may confuse girls) ; Japanese; German; Norwegian and Korean.
Premium: All the above plus a few tips on how to turn on and off the tears to trigger their sense of guilt so to make them willingly cough up cash when needed. All with a free 3 months supplies of hankies.
Ultimate: All the Premium’s content plus private, one-2-one lessons on how to hone their sexual skills to nail farang men’s hearts, once and for all. In this case “horizontal-ization” (as opposed to virtualization) is not only good but total devoid of any End User Shagging Agreement (EUSA).
Now, how do we price those one up to make it affordable to the average Thai office girls?

Sarge has pretty well nailed it.
...and to touch again on Thai logic - being superstitious Thais also stay away from second-hand goods because the sale of personal items implies bad luck - they are being sold due to death or ill health or finanacial necessity - and to touch the goods is to invite the bad luck of the previous owner to come to you.
The girls I mentioned have now moved to the lower end of the pecking order in their office work/social environment, not only have they sullied themselves with a farang - they could not even keep him. They are now - as was my wife before them and one other girl before her - the "mia falangs" both real and wanna-be - and the objects of much small minded commet.
Bitchy gossip and catish behaviour between women in the workplace does seem to be one thing that is the same for both Thai and farang. Enjoy.
