Especially the S&M entries surprises me as mostly they are not meant to hurt, but for pleasure right?
Actually I didn't mean to compare physical abuse versus f***ing around within the same relationship, but more one couple where the guy might be cheating having mia noi whatever versus another couple where the guy is known to abuse his girl not really meant as sexually pleasure probobly more often because he is angry with her or perhaps he is a nut case!

Well, I don't and can't make any excuses for abusive behavior in intimate relationships, but are you suggesting that extracurricular sexual activities will contribute to the pacification and domestication of the male human gorilla?... I think it depends on the individual and his motivation. It could, or it could exacerbate the problem instead. Or it may do something else. Certain persons will seek to abuse in any situation. Some other people are at a place in their lives where they seek abuse. But whatever side you're on in such a duel it is very difficult to pry your mind free and take a look at the situation, and gather the courage to move on. Move on to a situation of mutual respect and consideration for yourself and another and others too.

Well my TG has tried several times to push me to the point of hitting her; even demanding that I hit her; when as always I refuse she has become even more enraged and beats herself up. Just like on Thai TV- That’s all they learn in the way that relationships should be; ‘scream, yell, and violence toward women.’
I personally have never hit a female. When I had my business in the US most of my employees were female and I always told all of them the same thing; “I have never hit a woman because if I did it once I might like it; and then I would want to do it all the time”. That really pissed them off; but for me it was my only outlet because hitting them was out of the question.
That said; many women like to be beaten up and as always they always find an accommodating dancing partner. Sadly I know of several women who stay with or find another new guy just like the last one who beat them.

I've had similiar situations with g/f's over my life-time,, if its just a GIK i'll just walk away, but several times I've been fired up enough to punch a hole through a wall or door,,, then take the walk.
I can't claim to have never hit a woman,, High school 1976, dam bitch, trying to impress her friends, kicked me in the balls,, I lashed out and she ended up with a bloody nose. There was a lot of fuss about it, including me getting a good strapping from my father,until my injuries led us to the Doctors,, where my injuries were documented.
There is no doubt the physically weaker of our society
MUST be protected from harm,, but at what point,verbal or other types of abuse, are sufficient to warrant a physical response I am unsure.

was staying at a hotel Chiang Mai, passed a room on the way to mine where obvious sounds of a beating were going on,didn't hear any vocal sound from the man but clear moaning & crying from the lady as she was being smacked around, felt a little sick to my stomach knowing this was not a (fetish) thing, the girl I was with acted like buisness as usual, a question, should you mind your own buisness?

Difficult situation - though when you are in a foreign country, and foreign culture, and not surrounded by a phalanx of your own culture's soldiers, and enjoying diplomatic immunity, your only option, at first, may appear to be to just walk away.
