A firm body is a product of genetics,diet and exercise.
If an unwise choice of parents is made,and you end up with a pear shaped body (narrow shoulders,large waist and broad hips) diet and exercise will struggle to produce an attractive and firm body.
By and large Thai girls are genetically more favoured than their white western sisters in that they are smaller.It is much easier to achieve a firm body if you are small in that there is a lot less fat to lose.
Thai girls are also at an advantage in terms of their diet with a greater preponderance of vegetables and fruit,and less fat.
However,Thai girls are less inclined to participate in sport and vigorous exercise than the small minority of western girls who value organised sporting activities.
Thai girls who go to the gym are middle and upper class who can afford the membership fees.Their concern is to lose weight rather than to engage in the intense aerobic and weights exercise necessary to achieve a firm body.
Unless she is genetically advantaged and/or fresh off the farm, with a history of heavy physical work in the rice paddy,a P4P girl who spends most of the day sitting around waiting for a customer is unlikely to have a really firm body.
On the other hand a Thai P4p girl is likely to be slimmer than her white western equivalent,and much more likely to give a GFE.

I hardly ever see any women in the gym. It's seemingly 50% gay men, 45% straight men and 5% women. And of the women, half of those are lesbians.
Women, in general, I reckon, are just f***ing lazy. And the thing that gets me is that even really fat women will spend large amounts of money, time and effort in doing their make-up, their hair and buying shoes or clothes WHEN THE MAIN PROBLEM IS THAT THEY HAVE FAT BLOBBY BODIES! 
What's the point of that? I don't get why fat women won't make any genuine effort with diet and exercise to make their bodies better but they WILL spend so much time and effort on getting their hair and make-up 'right'! :dunno:
We couldn't care less how your hair looks if you're a blob, honey! Sort first things out first!

Jibblies,the percentages you mention do not apply to the California Wow gym at Sukumvit Soi 23 which I attend each day when I am in Bangkok.
I estimate that 55% of members would be women of whom most would be in their twenties and early thirties.
Of the men again most would be in the same age distribution with gays making up only a small proportion.
Farangs would comprise only 2-3% of members.
Overwhelmingly the members are middle and upper class.
