Ancient texts that have talked about prostitution, or p4p as we would say it, have defined the duty of the lady who provides these services as the ability to extract as much money from the person using her services in a manner that is polite and sweet. She must engage the man in such talks and try to actually avoid physical contact by using her charms.
This has been the manner in which a man has been exploited through the ages and it is continuing till now. The sooner we understand this the better because it will help us rationalize the situation. And then, the next time we go out with a lady, one can be better prepared.

As an aside, I disagree. Because the person *chooses* the environment. If you are a good person and you willingly go into a bad environment and stay in it when you realise it's bad and copy the behaviour of the worst, rather than move out, you're bad too. It's not the environment that's at fault. It's the people.

Also, just as Wall Street and Politics has ethical and somewhat less ethical practitioners, so does the P$P world. Not every TG who choses to enter this particular "profession" is any more guaranteed to be corrupted by it than those who must resist the sway of too much money (bankers) or power (politicos).
The trick, pun intended, for all of us, is to know who is trying to take us for a ride, and who is merely trying to take us for a "ride."

Yeah, I didn't mean all of them would automatically be bad. It depends on the person. But you can't blame the environment if they do something bad - they chose the environment, just as they chose to be bad or good within it. If it were the environment, you'd get universally bad girls, which isn't the case.

The naivity displayed in some of these threads is astounding at times.
This view of the world that it is made up of good and bad people is far too simplistic and is a result of watching too many Hollywood movies, retaining a little boy view of humanity and spreading one's own narrowly-formed moral judgment over everyone's behaviour without regard nor bothering to learn about them individually or even begin to understand the bigger picture.
Of course, this might stem from a need to despise, particularly if you have been hurt along the way or feel that you are being hurt at the present time.
And as for this half-baked theory that everyone in the P4P industry freely chooses to enter it and stay in it, disregarding its blindness, all I can say is that this view could well be conveniently adopted by guys who want to dabble in it but who, because of their cultural and religious baggage, want to be able to leave it each time without feeling any guilt or responsibility whatsoever.
As for our dear old DaffyDuck's :

sorry professor but that doesn't seem to be being blown out of your mouth.
As an aside, I know of a guy who entered a destructive and negative relationship over a year ago and has ever since suffered emotionally, but who still remains in it even though he is being spiritually pummeled and financially drained every month even though the lady knows that he is in debt up to his eye-balls in his own country.
The monthly amounts are staggering.She isn't a bad person. Neither is he. But there are many factors which have contributed to this situation remaining for so long.
Issues aren't black or white. Maybe it is something like our story of trying to form a picture of the atom, Democratus' 450 B.C. indivisible particle and the more we strive in all manner to learn more about it, the more complex, convoluted and extraordinarily unknown it appears to be.
