If you can find girls that are willing to turn tricks for $70-80 a trick, I think you can find the demand. Even more so if you can shave the price down a little more. Most of my Thai friends carry about 10-20 k in their wallets on an average night out. They wouldn't think anything of blowing a quick 3-5k on a cute falang girl for ST.
They key is finding girls that are at the same desperate breaking point (poor and willing to sell the twizzart) as local working girls. You might have to visit a lot of trailer parks and seedy parts of town, but I'm sure you could find them.
25,000 investment for the plane ticket + visa a hit. Get her here for say 90 day tours of duty. Say about 80% up time (20% down time for wear and tear + menstrual period). 72 working days on a 90 day tour. 4-5 rounds per day@ 3,000 a trick. 1,080,000 potential gross revenue per FG. She only has to get laid 10 times for you to break even. Even fat ugly girls can do that.
Major risks: you might have to deal with the local police or by some odd chance step on someone's turf.

I'm a businessman, that's just off the top of my head. The devil (or Thai guy with a box cutter or gun) is usually in the details.
I didn't mean they HAVE to be ugly girls. Just relatively okay looking. I'm sure enough locals (except for the international Thais like myself of course) would think they were attractive or "stunners" the same way western tourists think all these BGs are stunners.
