I have to agree with you. ÝST is the way to go for uncomplicated sex. ÝAfter all, who needs more relationships? ÝAlso, it's difficult for me to sleep with a stranger in my bed.
On the other hand, I've never seen a Thai girl who didn't like to eat, and per TWD's comment, it never hurts to include them in your evening meal, especially if they speak passable English.
