I've been talking to some immigration attorneys this week and they all tell me it will work as long as the paperwork is correct, the INS knows an attorney is on the case (I wonder if the INS and lawyers are in cohoots), and your wife/faince says nothing (and yes, lies under oath) about not working in a bar.
