My suggestion would be to treat her exactly like you would some girlfriend from home.
Pay for the expenses, buy some nice thing she sees in the shops, but do not let one baht cross her palm in exchange for sexual favours.
Do not even think of it.
If she has changed and she is true about it, she will not even think twice about the money.
If it does bother her that you are not forking over extra cash, then she can not be a true friend because she deceived you.
Either way you are on the moral high ground. Hopefully she is right there with you.

A so called regular job requires at least 1 year before being entitled for 1 week annual leave...of course there are exceptions but when we consider a person that has started working few weeks ago....then, unless the employer is a very "jai dee" guy, it comes hard to believe that a full week off will be granted.....still there scores of ppl looking for a job.......and btw, a few weeks of "regular job" are not enough to say "she turned good girl...."
