I wouldn't classify the interior of a bj bar as having your bj in public, although to a newbie, it might very well feel that way.....and understandably so.
Having a bj in a bj bar, surrounded by other guys who are there presumably for the same service, unless they are just 'rubber-necking', ( perving ) and also surrounded by girls who work there and who are there particularly to provide the same bj service, doesn't really count as having it in public.
Or am I being a bit jaded here ?

Come to think of it, I saw two dogs down my soi the other day going hammer and tongs at it. Nobody blinked an eye-lid.
In the U.K. they'd have been chased around the corner or had cold water thrown over them.
Maybe that explains the occurence on the 13th.April this year when I was making my way down Soi Cowboy in the middle of the day and everyone was simply throwing water over everyone else.

I suppose many people have done in it a car or under a towel on the beach behind the rocks, btu that doesn't really count either. Neither does doing it in the seawater when you're up to your neck in waves.
Three episodes in my life come to mind that might classify as being in public, although two were in total darkness except for a full moon.
One was in 1973 when I was seeing a girl home and she gave me a bj on the way, in the middle of a cemetry. Something to do with the triumph of life over death. You're right, it explains a lot. It's simply impossible to have the water blasting out on every corner, though, every day of the year. Hence...

Reminds me of an episode back in the early 70's. A friend of mine, we were best man for each other although a few years apart was away for a spell and his wife had rung me up on a Friday to do a job in the house for her.
