Only heard that twice, and one I surly dont remember her name where met ect... The other my main reg. TG. However she did'nt say in particular a baby from me, she baby from farlang. I, in my drunken stupor said ok lets get crackin i'll do it. But I was'nt that drunk bros. as I managed to get the rain coat on lol!!!

As TPE says the combination half thai and half farang is very popular in LOS. Many famous movie stars, singers and models have this combination. And it is a beautyful combination...!
As for the stuff with a girl asking me for a baby, yes this has happened some times to me. More in the Phils than in LOS. I do not know if this is calculating from the girl's side. How can she track you down after you have left? Yep!

the 2 girls who said they would like a baby from me were quite cool about it.
both said they did'nt want anything from me and as Bandit says,even if they did,how would they track me down.?.
the girl i saw who had had a falang baby and thought it might have been mine,also asked for nothing.
no proof it was mine,but i bought a whole load of baby clothes and slipped her a few notes for the future.

well, happens actually quite often. i personally have two children with asian girls. one in thailand and one in indonesia. both girls are pretty relaxed about it. none of them is asking for money. even i disagree about the fact that they have children from me - as it is not a good idea in my opinion to raise a child without the father - i sometimes send both of them a little bit of money to get around.
for the thai girl it was probably the fact that she wanted to have a 50 thai / 50 farang baby.
the indonesian girl is already 26 y.o. so for her it will be difficult to find a local indonesian man anymore so she decided to have a farang baby, before she doesn't get any baby at all.
i know this is all a bit pretty weird for western educated people but people in asia in general seem to be very relaxed about getting babies!

I think you identified the cultural difference as a big reason they don't have a problem with it. And you are right about the popularity of mixed babies in many of their media. I had more that one fine lady want a baby after seeing pictures of my children. They are Asian-Falang mix and are beautiful. After seeing the pictures, the ladies said they wanted mix baby too. I was happy to see them put their all into screwing the hell out of me!

I just wanted to touch on a point made about how will the female find you.
In the case that I mentioned, my buddy was sponsoring her about 6 months before the baby issue even came up. He had given her his cell #, as well as office # and office address. So, for her, it was an easy call..... so to speak. He could not change his office # and did not want to.
As for other females, I think that if it's a "one-night" stand they will not be able to find you, unless they get your business card or something. ðBut, if you plan to go back to BKK and visit the same bars or area there's a good chance you might run into her or her friends. And then, they "might" start down the path of sponsorship for the baby's sake.
But ... then, many of you have gone down that path are were not put in a position to take care of the baby.
So ... anything is possible. I just wanted to make sure that another person that is faced with the situation can hear what both side possibly could be!!

Agreeing to father a child in this way is almost always a rotten idea.
The number one reason a girl will want to do this is because she will expect something from you in the future. It may be marriage, or it may just be money and/or gifts. She may never even ask and may not even have a way to contact you to, but she has heard stories and will think you will want to do the honorable thing later. This is a risky gamble on her part; but her entire life is made up of such risks. Can you, with a clear conscience, say you will never contact her again and never offer to support them in an emergency?
The number two reason is that she wants a beautiful luk-kreung baby. There are a lot of short sighted reasons why girls want to have babies they are not financially and emotionally able to support. Add in the luk-kreung part and the equation is even more irrational. Do you want to support this self-deluded and damaging behavior?
Now it is possible that the girl has a good grip on her life and that having a baby in this manner will improve her happiness short-term and long-term. IMO, this is a very remote chance, but it is possible. In this case, if you know that both of you are clean, you have my blessing.
Use your head. This is not a decision that is easy to undo.

I'll "ditto" what a couple of folks said here. ðWhen we went out with our mixed kids, especially outside of the city, they were treated almost like rock stars, even though they were only 3 and 5 years old at the time. ðOften they'd get swarmed by people, young girls especially, wanting to touch their skin or photograph them. ðSince they don't speak Thai this was a bit confusing and overwhelming for them and they didn't much care for it. ð

how many of us had a little cute tg take care of us when we were there on our first visit. so good that the next trip we made it a priority to see her again. please describe how it was for you then?
yes, they were a little different. a little more jealous, a little more questioning, and a little more raggedy.
so, if you take this into perspective. just think about the pretty, cute, shy, and quiet thai girl that asks for your baby with no attachments when she w/your baby run into you on your next trip. ...
and your with another girl, maybe your wife or girlfriend.
ouch! i am not sure of the chances that she will be quiet nor shy, nor cute anymore. just for fun, how do you guys think she will react?
