Whether I bring a girl to my apartment or to a hotel room, I always have the girl shower first. While she is showering I hide any valuables I have with me, and I leave only enough money to pay her. Also, another advantage of having her shower first is that if she has any ideas of grabbing the cash and running, she has to put on her clothes first. I also try to have 500 baht notes, so if she wants to leave early I can pay her only 500 instead of 1,000. Finally, a trick I learned in Tijuana is to divide the large bills from the small bills, and pay for drinks etc. with the small bills. I haven't ever had a problem with a Thai girl stealing from me.

or have i been doing it wrong?.
most of the time i give the girl my wallet stuffed with baht,easier for her to put it in her bag then for me to carry it.
she pays all the bills and i have never been stiffed.
there have been times when i give up putting the notes back in the wallet carefully and just handed to them the change and they have put it in their pocket.
the next day?,they empty their pockets and give back to me,no problem.
i read of many horror stories concerning the girls and feel for the brothers who have been ripped off.
and also those who are worried so much that they feel that they cannot trust the girls.
thankfully i have had no problems,but maybe this is because i treat them like a lady,before during and after?.
and it's not just money,some of my friends will not accept money from me.

i agree with nokna. treat them like ladies and not like a western whore and you should be all right. also choose wisely and avoid strung out streerwalkers etc. the majority of TGs are nice people who sincerely want your money but are willing to work for it or at the very least talk you out of it. funny my TG did not have a purse so i actually was in charge of her wallet.

question for people who write about not trusting the girls in their rooms.
is it because you may have had a bad experience in the past?,or because you hear of other people having bad times?.
maybe i'm the lucky one,but i've never had any bother with a girl and my property.

I'm with you Nokna. While it makes sense to be sensible, I agree that if you treat the ladies right, generally thet will respond in kind. I used to take strangers home night after night for almost ten years and have almost no bad expeiences. As far as (very rare) occasional unpleasantness Ive always felt that was a necessary part of ther educational process and how else does one earn "old hand" status?

Well, maybe we are talking about two different situations.
I also trust my regular cuties. I haven't had any problem of missing money the times I was with them. I was also drunk a couple of times and I slept with them at their own places and the morning after nothing was missing. No problems when you are dealing with your regulars.
However, if you just bump to a Thai freelancer or any "farang" girl for instance you better check out your wallet and other belongings during your bath/service session. Freelancers are not consistent at any place and the "farang" hookers are occasional birds of 2-3 weeks. Keep that in mind. One way is to behave as suggested by the other fellows on this thread (let them take a shower first, put your belongings in the safety box, hide your wallet somewhere, etc) In short, just keep a f_cking eye on your valuables/drinks. It is also recommended to deliver the ID at the front desk of your hotel/condo/etc if you are very worried. That will give you a hope that the receptionist will ring you before the freelancer leaves just if something wrong happened.
It is not happening quite often but more than one got killed or injured/ripped off by freelancers in Bangkok, Pattaya and Phuket. How? some narcotics in your beer/spirit, or a spray....however, this is not common. Thus, keep an eye on the freelancers all the time....ah! if something happens with a BG/GG-girl or MP girl (if any) at least you have the chance to go back to the bar/MP/club and complaint accordingly the day after. You cannot do this with a freelancer.

i'm boring and tend to go to the same bars/go-go's everynight and people know me and no problems occured wether girl is regular or a one-nighter.
freelancers is a different subject.
i have never (to my knowledge) gone with a real one,you know the shop girls/travel agents/tour guides etc.
i've picked up girls at 3-4 in the morning and they have told me they work in a bar,but at that time of day are looking for a bed for the night.
only one girl i went with more than once who i think was a FL,worked as a barmaid in a bar and finished work everynight at 18:00.
would only go with me S/T at the end of her shift and was in a hurry to leave afterwards.
told me she was unmarried and no children.
but on my next trip,a couple of things she said were contary to what she had said a few months before,so i'm not so sure,but will never know.
first trip to LOS i stayed in 4* hotel and i.d. was required to be left at reception.
took the girl for 7 nights,but i knew where she worked(obviously if i kept taking her home).
but i think this system demeans the girls,treating them as thieves beforehand,until proved they are not.
