An informal survey with my fellow Thai friends (sometimes we do this when we're out and it's a good laugh of how much cash we've flushed down the p#ssy):
The average is about 10-15 per month (even including for days when you do 2-3). Perhaps more in the younger days, but this is about what it tapers off to. Average amount spent per year is about 400,000 Baht (about 2500 a hit). That's about par for me as well as I set a budget of around $800 US per month for this type of entertainment for myself.
We have several dudes in our group who have been going out since they were about 15-16 and are well past the 2,000 mark and are now around age 28-30, which is around 5 million Baht ($116k USD) in entertainment expenses over 15 years. We don't really mention this to our Thai friends from the US, since most "normal" people in this world don't even break 50-100 per lifetime.
About the cost of some entry level Ferrari models.

Oh, sometimes one is just fine and preferred. But on some days, you just do it because you can.
Kind of like playing 18 holes of golf when actually 9 is just fine for the day. It's a nice feeling to be hanging out in VIP suite from 3pm-midnite (knowing that the rest of Bangkok pikers are all sitting around in their office looking at the clock waiting for 5pm)..... get a girl, sauna, shower, drink, get a girl, eat, sing some karaoke, jacuzzi, get a girl (and actually, you can mix and match most of the above activities or do them simultaneously).... go home and get a good nights sleep (or go to your condo and get a good nights sleep after you do your girl of choice another 1-2 times).
You get to cover greed (two girls is enough... but you go for the triple-double), gluttony (my buddies like Black, Packripper recommends Jack), sloth (burp), and lechery/lust (looks like the tank's empty) in one day!

I have a budget for entertainment, and others, of 55K per month from my total income. I haven't listed the TGs I got in these 4 years living here but certainly I slowed down having more fun with the freebies as well....Ah! can we count the freebies in here?
