I've actually never been with a bg in LOS who didn't have condoms with her. Maybe I just frequent different joints, or something (the gg's all seem to have 'em, and most of the gg's I've frequented have a pro-condom policy).
One thing I did notice, is if I leave my own condoms by the nightstand, when the bg is ready to leave, they will already be in her purse. I don't really mind this, if she uses them, she will be safer, but it's why I never leave more on the nightstand than I want to "lose" that night.

i always buy my condoms in the 7-11,after all being such a small boy they fit pretty good.
unlike many of our American friends who bring their own as they are larger.
i have no delusions of granduer about my 'size'.
and yes I have been caught red handed looking in their bags,but did they care?,hell no and why should they?

but then again I was rarely alone in the shower,i like the shower together.

3 of the girls ive been with on my last (and first but not last!) trip to los didn't have condoms with them.
The first time I went 2 the 7-11, the second time I went to the reception (short time hotel). the 3rd time I was in the c&n hotel in phuket. She didn't have the stuff with her and said to me that I should call room service. I thought se was pulling my leg so I said: you call!
She actually did call and after 2 minutes there was a knock on the door. I opend and saw a man standing in front of me with 3 condoms in his hand! "100bath please, thank you, goodbye!". I couldn't believe it, only in Thailand! I know 1 thing: next time I buy condoms before I go shagging. Its a pain in the ass to go to a 7-11 with a boner after half an hour of foreplay, and you have to start all over again when you return!

on my first trip to LOS not one b/g had any condoms - well, if they did they weren't telling me.
I remember the first night in BKK when I took back a gogo girl to my hotel room, by luck I had bought one condom over with me from the UK, so thinking the girl's gonna have loads - but no, not one!
Strange considering what they do...! And I didn't re-use it during the morning session either...!!!
