I think you might answer your question by what the sleeping arrangements are going to be.....Are you booking one room or separate rooms??? I think you could go 'in-between' and book a twin. That way if it works out you can just push them there beds together 
My experience has been when a girl says they will "look after you" theres generally a self interest component in there for her. Also (limited to non "good" girls) that "look after" means they will show you around and not let taxi's and stores charging farang prices etc etc rip you off. With a "non good girl" it also refers that she will give you the GFE.
I remember reading a post about this exact situation (but can't remember where) - I think the general observation was that if the "good" girl is going to a place like Samui etc with a farang, then don't let the "good girl" thing be a barrier to stop you from making whatever moves you would normally make (Did I succeed in being subtle or just confusing??).
Also if she is the "good girl" you say she is, you would have a higher chance of just going at it missionary style than getting a bj.
Also, going back to the room issue - the other post I was referring to - that guy booked two rooms but found after the first or second night she didn't need that "extra room".

I forgot to mention that when I arrive in Bangkok,I shall be staying in her 'room'. My friend suggested I do that but also said that 'room is very small though'.
My response was that I didn't mind how small (basic) the room is as I thought we would stand a better chance of getting 'closer' rather than spending the first night in a hotel. This is however only for one night as then we are off on our travels.
I haven't booked any accomodation when we do Issan because she is 'in charge' there,showing me all the rice fields etc. (!).However I've booked a double when we are in Samui.
Whatever happens,it should be interesting ! I've no idea how things will turn out.
Maybe I'll post a report when I get back,although I'm not too good at that sort of thing.

I have had my share of American ladies that are slow to put out and guess what...I wasnt around long enough to find out if it would take 9 months to get into her pants.
I think if I were pursuing a Thai lady I might be a bit more understanding of her cultures conservatism and not push too hard for sex too quickly. If you are travelling together it seems like there will likely be some boom boom happening. I think if she seems like she is going to drag it out too long let her know that you have needs and if she is going to take forever then she better loosen the leash so you can go find some lovin elsewhere while you wat. The thought of losing you to another lady usually does the trick with hesitant women it gets them off the fence in a hurry...worked for me anyway...

I will be interested to find out how you get on as I have experienced this before and will do so again just before the New Year. Yes,I'm going to meet her Mum because she suggested it quite a long time ago but has never pushed me towards doing this.I said on this visit I would like to meet her Mother and see something of where she's from (Nong Khai area).
